Tooling Manufacturing

Our toolroom produces and maintains the moulds behind every part family. Machining, fitting and try-out are handled in-house, so tooling stays consistent from first article to full-scale production.

Tooling is tried out before production begins, so the first shot is already the production shot.

Injection Molding

Injection moulding lines and assembly workcells turn engineered moulds into finished exterior components. Operators manage every cycle to keep output stable, repeatable and ready for surface finishing.
